- class AlignerLuckyDtw(window=None)[source]#
Alignment path based on lucky dynamic time warping distance.
This aligner returns the alignment path produced by the lucky time warping distance [1]_. Uses Euclidean distance for multivariate data.
Based on code by Krisztian A Buza’s research group.
- Parameters:

Maximum distance between indices of aligned series, aka warping window. If None, defaults to max(len(ts1), len(ts2)), i.e., no warping window.

get_test_params can return dict or list of dict. This function takes first or single dict that get_test_params returns, and constructs the object with that.

Fit alignment given series/sequences to align.
- State change:
Changes state to “fitted”.
- Writes to self:
Sets self._is_fitted flag to True. Stores X and Z to self._X and self._Z, respectively. Sets fitted model attributes ending in “_”.

Using reset, runs __init__ with current values of hyper-parameters (result of get_params). This Removes any object attributes, except:
hyper-parameters = arguments of __init__
object attributes containing double-underscores, i.e., the string “__”
Class and object methods, and class attributes are also unaffected.
